Mae Salong Jasmine Green Oolong Tea

Our Mae Salong Jasmine Green Oolong is a scented tea made from Doi Mae Salong Jin Xuan Green Oolong tea leaves that are scented with jasmine flowers. The jasmine flowers are harvested during the day and stored in a cool place until night where they bloom with full fragrance. The flowers are layered over the tea leaves during the scenting process and the tea is dried very gently to remove any additional moisture imparted by the flowers, retaining only the floral aromatics. This process yields a Jasmine Oolong Green Tea that produces a pale yellowish brew with a rich and complex green oolong tea flavor expertly infused with the sweet, delicate fragrance of fresh jasmine flower.

Our Ginseng Oolong tea is an exclusive blend of quality Mae Salong High Mountain Jin Xuan Oolong expertly blended with ginseng powder from South Korea . The blending process is repeated 4 times to yield tea leaves that take on a quasi spherical shape and hold a strong ginseng taste and scent. Our Ginseng Oolong tea combines a rich crisp Oolong taste with a pleasing stronger aftertaste provided by the ginseng. The aroma is fragrant and the tea color is golden-brown.
